The first Riyadh Travel Exhibition 2009(Riyadh Travel 2009) which was held under the theme (The world in 3 days) has succeeded in strongly finding a position on the map of travel and tourism exhibitions in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. It has also succeeded in providing a long waited opportunity for direct meetings between tourism service providers and consumers.

The Exhibition, held at the Riyadh International Exhibition Center between June 2,4-2009 with the participation of large number of tourism ministries and commissions, air companies and Arab and international hotels, has succeeded in attracting large number of professionals in travel and tourism industry. It has also attracted Saudi families, decisions makers, investors and media. This proves, with no doubt, that the exhibition has responded to the needs of tourism service providers and consumers and it was a qualities addition to tourism industry and conference in Saudi Arabia .
