Was appointed as the ‘Official Freight Forwarder & Sole Exclusive on site handling Agent’ for Riyadh Travel 2010.

It is essential that all of your exhibitors and clients are aware of the above. No other freight forwarders or agents will be allowed to clear any goods and exhibits into Saudi Arabia by land, sea or air without the coordination & approval of MUNAWLA.

MUNAWLA will be the only agent to handle all the goods and exhibits in Riyadh to & from the exhibition center.

Having said the above, you are free to ship with any other agents from the country of origin, but once the goods arrive to Riyadh, MUNAWLA will be the only agent allowed to clear the goods & deliver them to the exhibition center. ASAS recommends that you deal with MUNAWLA from the start to avoid any confusion and delays in delivery.
